I’ve always been interested in the design of things, and especially those things we use in our daily lives. Since I love the outdoors and bushcraft, it has long been a dream of mine to design my own knife. I was thrilled when I got the chance to work with Daniel Pica of Screech Owl Knives — that was about a year ago today and now I finally have the finished result in my hand: A beautiful knife and also a work of art. It is called the Hagal, after the Norse rune symbolizing destruction or renewal through destruction.
